Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, provide supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students, manage routines and activities, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, then transitions to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Requires a two-person, legally married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses age 27+, and a high school diploma or GED; relocation assistance is provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Must be legally married for two years
- Couple-based role requiring both spouses to apply separately
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- No more than three dependent children in the home
