Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for on-campus student homes: a two-person, married couple responsible for supervision, mentorship, medications, transportation to activities, daily devotions, and budgeting/reporting for 8–13 students. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; compensation per person is $44,768 (approx. $168,000 per couple) plus housing and meals.

Additional Requirements
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Committment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
