Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes to supervise 8–13 youth, provide guidance and supervision, administer medications, drive to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee routines and budgeting, and progress from a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule to a placed houseparent role with the same students. Benefits include salary per person (~$44,768) with total compensation for a couple (~$168,000), relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and on-campus housing. Requires two years of marriage minimum, both spouses aged 27+, HS diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and ability to drive student vans; commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty; must complete individual applications for consideration.
