Job Summary
Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparent role on a Milton Hershey School campus. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, daily devotions and chapel attendance, budgeting, and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent living with the same students. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive insurance, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a strong commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; both spouses must apply and be aged 27+.”,
