Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School provide live-in care and mentorship for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. The role requires a married two-person team to supervise daily routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and manage household budgeting and reporting. Initially, couples work a 9-on/3-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent with a consistent student home. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years

- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
Additional Requirements

- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
