Job Summary
Live-in two-person houseparent couple in on-campus student homes, caring for 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care; responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent with same student group. Requires a legally married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27 or older, valid driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; on-site housing included as part of compensation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Must complete individual employment applications for both spouses
