Job Summary
Fully on-campus, two-person Flex Houseparent role residing in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on/three-off schedule transitioning to a placed houseparent in the same student home; requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
