Full-Time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role progresses from initial placement with various student homes to a fixed houseparent assignment with the same group of students.
