Job Summary
Full-Time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, provide supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in daily development and religious activities, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role transitions from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students in their own home, with relocation assistance and paid training provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
