Job Summary
Full-Time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School: a two-person, married-couple role residing in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on/three-off schedule initially and eventual placement in a single student home; benefits include per-person salary of $44,768 plus full housing, meals, and insurance, plus relocation assistance and paid training; requirements include high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, age 27+, two years of marriage, and both spouses completing individual applications.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
