Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on / three-off cycle across multiple homes and progresses to a placed houseparent assignment with a single student home. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
