Job Summary
Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparents live on campus in on-site student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students; duties include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading devotions and Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a placed houseparent arrangement; requires married couples with at least two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate with benefits including salary per person around $44,768 and relocation assistance.
