Hiring married couples as Full-Time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel services, overseeing budgeting and reporting, with a rotating schedule of nine days on duty followed by three days off, and progression to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group.
