Job Summary
Full-time two-person role for married couples at Milton Hershey School to serve as Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA and Mary Esther, FL. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship of 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent assignment. Benefits include a salary of $44,768 per person (≈$168,000 per couple) plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Qualifications include experience with youth, high school diploma or GED, and a valid U.S. driver’s license; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; compliance with campus rules (no alcohol on duty; smoke- and weapon-free).
