Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on/three-off schedule and eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students.
Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for married couples
- Legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Additional Requirements
- Must be a married couple applying together (two individual applications)
- On-campus housing in PA
- Work with youth in residential setting
