Job Summary
Two-person married couple as Full-Time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School to live in on-campus student homes, provide care and supervision for about 8–13 students, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and follow a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent with same students. Requires strong youth experience, on-campus residence duties, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Legally married for at least two years (two-person role)
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
