Job Summary
Full-Time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting/reporting. Initially nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a stable houseparent assignment; includes on-campus housing, meals while on duty, benefits, and relocation/training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse two-year marriage minimum
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Experience with youth preferred
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Proven integrity and professionalism
