Two-person married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person of $44,768 (approximately $168,000 total per couple), comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement options, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Qualifications include youth experience, two-year married couple requirement, age 27+, HS diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and compliance with campus policies.
