Full-Time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of ~8–13 students; duties include supervision, mentorship, medication administration, driving to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and supporting students through a nine-on/two off cycle with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group. A two-person, legally married couple (27+) is required, both spouses must complete individual applications, and relocation assistance and paid training are provided. Requires valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high school diploma or GED; adherence to campus policies (no alcohol, smoke-free/weapon-free campus) and ability to lead students in devotions and chapel.
