Job Summary
Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support to groups of 8–13 students, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits, and requires both spouses to complete individual employment applications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role must be a married couple
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older (per posting)
