Job Summary
Two-person married-couple role serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents on an on-campus student-housing team, providing daily supervision, mentorship, supervision of household routines, medication administration, transportation of students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, with a nine-days-on / three-days-off schedule initially and eventual placement in a single student-home role. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and ability to reside on campus; includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; the position emphasizes care, guidance, and supervision for approximately 8–13 students and requires both spouses to be legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to be certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Willingness to reside on-campus in student homes
- Ability to lead daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
