Full-Time Flex Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. The role transitions from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a placed houseparent live-in position. Requires: two-person married couple, ages 27 or older for both spouses, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
