Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, and guidance for groups of 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, with a 9-on/3-off schedule transitioning to a placed Houseparent role living with the same students. Requires a two-person married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27+, and valid driver’s license; relocation assistance and paid training provided; benefits include comprehensive health coverage and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
