Job Summary
Full-Time Flex Houseparents on a two-person, married-couple basis reside in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students and providing care, guidance, and structured activities. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed Houseparent role over time. Schedule initially features nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; includes housing and meals as part of total compensation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year marriage minimum; age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person couple must complete individual employment applications
Additional Requirements
- Couples must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No alcohol on duty; campus must be smoke-free and weapon-free
