Full-Time or Pa

Full-Time Flex Houseparents reside on an on-campus student home and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of approx. 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning/developing developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Benefits include salary of $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 per couple), comprehensive insurance, relocation assistance, paid time off, and training. Qualifications include youth experience, two-year married status for both spouses, age 27+, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, high school diploma or GED, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
