Job Summary
Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparent roles on a campus-based residential program for 8–13 students. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care, manage household routines, medications, and student wellness, drive and accompany students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent configuration. Requires two legally married spouses aged 27+ with a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training; compensation around $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple) plus housing and meals on duty.”,
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED required
