Full-Time Flex Houseparents (two-person role for married couples) reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School and provide care, supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with a consistent student group. Benefits include salary per person (~$44,768) with total compensation per couple (~$168,000) plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Required qualifications include experience with youth, High school diploma or GED, eligibility for marriage-based two-person role, age 27+, valid driver’s license with ability to certify to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; role requires both spouses to complete individual applications and live on campus with the students.
