Full-time Flex Houseparents: a two-person, married-couple role to live in on-campus student homes and provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role. The schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home.
