Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparent role on MHS campus in Hershey, PA; couples reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, mentorship, and supervision, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living in the same student home. Benefits include salary per person with total compensation per couple, relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive health benefits, PTO, and on-campus housing meals. Qualifications include experience with youth, being a legally married two-spouse team for at least two years, both spouses 27 or older, up to three dependents, valid driver’s license, ability to drive student vans, and high school diploma or GED; ability to lift 50 lbs; adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus and no alcohol on duty; pro-social, Judeo-Christian devotion participation.
