Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School involves living on-campus in a student home and providing care, guidance, supervision, and mentorship to a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include overseeing daily routines, supervising medications and student wellness, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and managing budgeting and household reporting. The position follows an initial nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and transitions into a Placed Houseparent role with a consistent student-home assignment.
