Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents needed to live on campus in Citrus Heights, CA, to supervise and mentor 8–13 students in an on-site student home. The role includes daily supervision, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing household routines and budgeting, and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Compensation is $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and other perks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
