Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a two-person married-couple role in on-campus student homes, providing supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation, and structured activities for groups of about 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing household routines, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and supporting multiple homes with a nine-on/three-off schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older; relocation assistance and paid training provided. - Proficiency in driving student home vans
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
