Full-Time or Pa

Couples reside on-campus as Full-Time Flex Houseparents to supervise and support a group of 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same student group. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. Benefits include a salary of $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple with housing, meals on duty, utilities, and more), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and allocated paid time off. Qualifications include experience with youth, a two-spouse, two-year married requirement, both spouses aged 27 or older, limitations on dependents, smoke-free and weapon-free campus, no alcohol on duty, vehicle-related requirements, Judeo-Christian chapel participation, high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
