Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents needed for married couples to reside in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medications administration, transportation, and development activities for 8–13 students. Role follows nine days on, three days off schedule, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent living in the same student home. Compensation includes salary per person with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance; benefits also include medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off. Located in Carlinville, IL. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and two-year marriage with both spouses completing individual applications.
Required Qualifications

- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Additional Requirements
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Couples both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
