Full-Time Flex Houseparents live on campus in Hudson, OH, as a two-person married couple caring for a group of approximately 8–13 students in a student home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, medication administration, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and adapting to a nine-on/three-off schedule with a later transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include a total compensation roughly 168,000 per couple when including housing and meals, comprehensive insurance options, retirement savings, relocation assistance, paid time off, and paid training. Qualifications require youth experience, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be age 27 or older. This is a two-person role for a couple and both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
