Full-Time Flex Houseparents: a two-person, married-couple role located on Milton Hershey School’s campus in Hershey, PA with on-site housing and duties including supervision of 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading devotions, budgeting and reporting. The position begins with a 9-on/3-off cycle and can transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total couple compensation around $168,000, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year couple requirement (two spouses)
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and Chapel services
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
