Full-Time or Pa

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents for on-campus student homes. Couples reside in student homes and provide care, supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students; responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental activities, daily devotions and chapel attendance, budgeting, and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Benefits include relocation assistance and paid training; must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and be willing to work in a smoke-free, weapon-free campus. Requires both spouses to complete individual applications for consideration.
