Full-Time or Pa

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in on-site student homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions with Sunday Chapel. The roles transition from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Required: a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Position requires married couples (legally married for at least two years) where both spouses are age 27 or older; relocation assistance and paid training are provided; on-campus housing and meals are included as part of compensation. Relocation assistance is offered. Total compensation for a couple is approximately $168,000 with salary of $44,768 per person, plus comprehensive benefits.
