Job Summary
Full-Time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation, activity planning, and spiritual/game-day development for a group of 8–13 students; initially rotating across homes (nine days on, three off) before transitioning to a fixed student-home placement, with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
