Full-Time or Pa

Two-person, married-couple role serving as Full-Time Flex Houseparents living on-campus in student homes with 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include salary per person of $44,768, comprehensive health and retirement options, relocation assistance, paid time off, and training. Requirements include experience with youth, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, high school diploma or GED, and approval of both spouses completing individual applications; two-year minimum marriage duration and age 27+ for both spouses; and campus standards on smoking, weapons, alcohol, and pet limits.
