Two-person married couple sought for Full-Time Flex Houseparents on an on-campus student home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship of approximately 8–13 students, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from initial nine-on/three-off duty rotations to the Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to drive student home vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
