Job Summary
Two-person married couple needed for Full-Time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. They will reside in on-campus student homes, provide supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and operate on a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a placed-houseparent role living with the same group of students.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans

- Must be legally married for at least two years

- On-campus living required with children in residence
