Job Summary
Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving and planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from initial nine-days-on/three-days-off duty to a Placed Houseparent role with the same student group. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- No alcohol permitted while on duty
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
