Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparent positions on a campus, where married couples reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and support 8–13 students, manage daily routines and activities, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and chapel services, oversee budgeting, and report on household operations. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a dedicated student home. Benefits include substantial total compensation per couple (approximately $168,000) with housing and meals, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, paid training, and relocation assistance. Both spouses must complete individual employment applications; candidates must be legally married for at least two years, be at least 27 years old, hold a high school diploma or GED, have a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to drive student vans, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and commit to a smoke- and weapon-free, alcohol-free campus.
