Two-person, fully on-campus role: married couples live in on-site student homes as Flex Houseparents, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role follows a nine-on, three-off schedule initially, with eventual placement into a single student home. Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, two years of marriage, age 27+, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; both spouses must complete individual applications.
