Job Summary
Full-time two-person role for married couples to live in on-campus student homes as Flex Houseparents, providing supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation, devotions, budgeting and reporting for groups of 8–13 students; schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home; relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits offered; requires both spouses to apply separately and be at least 27 years old; located on campus in Bear River City, Utah.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Proven integrity and professionalism
- Willingness to participate in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Planned transition to a placed Houseparent role as appropriate
