Two-person married couple needed to serve as Full-Time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. They reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, including daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and joining developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-day-on, three-days-off schedule, with eventual placement in a fixed student home.
