Job Summary
Full-Time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. After nine days on duty followed by three days off, they transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person (~$44,768) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel

- no more than three dependent children in home
- smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
