Full-Time or Pa

Two-person, fully on-campus role for married couples as Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising 8–13 students, providing guidance and mentorship, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing household routines and budgeting, and reporting on housing. Initially work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, relocation assistance, and paid time off. Requirements include youth-serving experience, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; both spouses must apply individually and be age 27 or older with at least two years of stated marriage duration.
