Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School involve living on campus in student homes, providing supervision, mentorship, and daily care for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and managing budgeting and household reporting. The position begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. On-campus housing, meals on duty, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance are included; candidates must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, and have a high school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans are required, along with experience working or volunteering with youth.
